Seven natural wonders

Victoria Falls, planned on the ground

Day tours, river lodges, and safari circuits built around your dates — by a team that lives here.

How it works

Three steps
then you travel

No brochure desk overseas. You talk to people who book the same operators we use for our own guests.

01

Tell us the dates

Month, group size, and whether you want spray, wildlife, adrenaline — or a quiet lodge.

02

We build the days

Stays, transfers, and activities sequenced so you are not double-booked or sitting in a queue.

03

Arrive. We are here.

Airport pickup, operator checks, and a local number that actually answers.

Things to do

Most asked-for
activities

Falls tours, river days, flights, and game drives — the days people come here for.

About Marksman

When to go

The Falls change
with the river

High water for thunder. Low water for Devil’s Pool and rafting. We time the days to the season.

March – May

High water

The Falls at full volume. Thunder, mist, and the walk that soaks you through.

June – August

Clear winter

Cooler days, peak wildlife, and a balance of spray and visibility on the gorge.

September – December

Low water

Devil’s Pool, rafting, and walking the lip when the river has dropped.

Visas, malaria, currency, and the months that change the Falls versus the river.

Most international travelers require a visa. The most convenient option is the KAZA Univisa ($50 USD), which is available on arrival at major border posts and airports. It allows you to travel freely between Zimbabwe and Zambia for up to 30 days and includes day trips to Botswana (via Kasane).
